This listing is for a pair of multi tools and each has its own sheath/pouch. I marked them as "used" but they look fabulous and could be new, I just don't know for sure. You will receive the two exact tools pictured, and they are described as: 1) Black: paint appears to be perfect. Tool folds out to reveal a pair of needle-nose pliers. In one handle is a saw, a bottle opener with a flat head screwdriver, a phillips head screwdriver and a blade. You must open the tool to access these, but on the other handle, the outer edge of it holds a working flashlight. 2) Blue: It still has a sticker on the outer handle. I see one little tiny knick in the blue paint. Tool folds out to reveal a pair of needle-nose pliers. In one handle is a saw, a bottle opener with a flat head screwdriver, a blade and a Phillips head screwdriver. The other handle holds a file, a tiny flat head screwdriver, a bottle opener with another flathead screwdriver (rounded), and a flat tool of some kind. The handles must be opened up to reveal the smaller tools.
