This item shows light cosmetic wear from normal use but is in excellent working condition with plenty of service life remaining. A great discontinued EDC multi-tool. Feel free to contact me with any questions. **** I am NOT sure if the scissors should have a spring action or not, because i've never used this tool, HOWEVER, the scissors DO NOT have a spring action, again not sure if it's missing something regarding that function or not.
