This RESCUE TOOL, from Channellock, has a spanner wrench that works on storz and rocker lug couplings (up to 5″). There is a tool steel punch to shatter safety glass, a pry bar for doors and windows, a gas shutoff, and a cable cutter with hardened steel blades that easily shear through soft metal or battery cables. Its narrow profile works great in tight places.
