Nice multi-tool with sleek design possibly from Germany. This features working scissors, a blade, and a file. It is about 3” long and comes with a leather sheath. This would be a great daily carry and is in good condition. There is a slight discoloration on one side but I couldn’t see any other issues. Please see pictures!
