Meaning that all parts only show light signs of use and are fully functional. Some signs of wear on these tools may include minor surface scratching or small dings. All of which don’t affect the functionality of the tool in any way. Please take a look at the pictures for examples of the tool you may receive. The more you buy the more you save as the cost of shipping is $3.50 for the first item and only $.50 for each additional tool. Shipping: We offer one day handling time for all of our auctions. We ship first class USPS for smaller auctions and priority mail for those over a pound.
