Collectible Multi Tool with sheath knife

I have no idea what this thing is. I searched the net over, to no avail. This thing cost a lot of money to make. Being a Retired Machinist myself, I know this thing was fabricated with wire EDM. Custom made sheath to match the tool. Bolt on handle is hard clear anodize, and screws are 18-8 stainless. I do not have an XRF gun to tell what material the tool was made out of, but I suspect a D2 or 440C maybe. Magnetic. I would imagine, with all the work put into it, a high quality tool steel with heat treatment and temper. I am curious, if you know who made this, let me know please. I guess the only thing its good for, is a piece in a collection, where someone says "What is that"
