The Turbopan is a great pan, if you want to pan very quickly, and get rid of the junk in the pan. It has "Vortex Action" to quickly spin the gold to the bottom of the pan, and the junk OUT! I like it because it is a 16" pan, so it holds a LOT of material, plus it is super fast to use. Using the Turbopan is just like using a sluicebox, but in a pan form.
